Upon arrival we were surprised to notice that the rental is actually the bottom floor of the owners home, which is fine, but we had a 10 week old puppy with us and we were concerned that his barking might be too loud for the owners, since we were there for a music festival and wouldn’t be at the home most of the day. But they were very kind and easy to work with and reassured us that they were ok and our dog did not bother them. The house is beautiful, very clean and super dog friendly. The owners are very nice and definitely make sure your stay is enjoyable and your pup is happy too. The yard is beautiful and the house is tucked into the woods off of the main road. Tryon Equestrian center was only a short car ride, about 7 minutes, away. I love that the owners have everything you can think of in the house for you to use. I would definitely stay here again.

Hands down, one of the best places I have every stayed in and around Saluda/Mill Spring. The attention to detail was way over what I expected. My wife and I had an amazing time and the fenced back yard was huge! So much room for our doggo to adventure.

Excellent getaway for Horseshow

Absolutely impeccable basement apartment with every amenity thoughtfully considered. Stayed there for the weekend with my husband and granddaughter to attend a horseshow for another granddaughter. Could not have been more convenient or comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Fabulous stay

This place is amazing. Great owners and very attentive and communicated really well. A brilliant place if you have dogs because it has a very large totally enclosed garden for them to gallop around in. Great location for TIEC. We will definitely be back. Thanks you guys.

Perfect location, charming place!

We arrived late and the owner left lights on for us to find our place. It was a really great place in a superb location for Tryon competition. Less than 10 min. Spacious, clean, communicative and welcoming. Will definitely try to book again. Spacious for 4 ppl, room for an airbed and well stocked kitchen. Thank you for a great stay 3 dog night!

Relaxing Weekend at “our home” away from home!

Amazing property! Great location. Extremely clean and well stocked with all essentials. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed our evening on the porch. We hope to return next time we in town for Special Olympics Equestrian at TIEC.

Quiet location close to TIEC

Very easy drive to TIEC peaceful and quiet after a busy day at the horse show. The house was very organized and we appreciated the use of the in house laundry. Thoughtful blankets for the dogs which was really smart and welcomed. The second bedroom is really a cordoned off area separated from the living room by a pull down blind. This worked for us but 2 couples might want a bit more privacy. I would definitely stay here again. Great communication by the host and easy check in

3 Dog Night

Immaculate, quiet, well-provisioned. The only negative is that there are not 2 discrete bedrooms as the ad would lead you to believe. The second bedroom has 3 walls and a partial pull down blind for the 4th wall. It didn't matter to us as we didn't need the second "bedroom".
