8.4/10 Very Good! (2,090 reviews)
While the overall experience was good, my specific room had either not the best quality inspection or someone had a fight with some furniture.
There were good size scratches in the walls, and there was a tile sticking up from the floor in the bathroom. Small issues that could be easily fixed.

8.6/10 Excellent! (879 reviews)
I arrived to the property prior to check in times and informed them that I would be returning late so I wouldn’t be considered a no show. She said that was perfectly fine. They were 24 hours. When I arrive to check in. I stopped at the kiosk for 15 minutes with No assistant. I had to call the number, at least five times in order for them to respond, and even after I waited another 15 minutes until someone was able to help me on the kiosk. Aside from that. The property itself is great very clean and well-maintained.

"Nice, clean, comfortable, spacious, and staff was helpful. Complimentary breakfast at the adjacent restaurant was good, even if a little rigid on not being able to take some breakfast to my spouse (who was still getting ready and not able to make it over before breakfast ended)."
