「The house was very clean and comfortable. It was less than 10 minutes away from Main St, where all the activities were. It is in a main road so cars are always speeding past at all times of the day and night. It is pet friendly however there isn’t a closed in fence so you’ll have to watch your dog and put them on a leash. If you go up the hill in the back of the house, there’s a huge pasture surrounded by the woods, my dog was able to run around up there, I just had to stand where she couldn’t...

「There was a issue with the VRBO and getting the check in info but the host was very responsive and helpful in getting us the information before we arrived at the property.」

「Wonderful stay for our time in Cooperstown. Pool was great for kids. 8 min drive to town and 10 to dreams park」

「Fantastic place! Everything as advertised. 」

「Clean & very convenient to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Linens being included was a huge plus! Family friendly yard & in house activities. Would rebook this house.」

「Our family stayed here for our son's week in Cooperstown. The house and property were perfect. Ray was very responsive, allowed us to hook up a RV on the property and host a team dinner. The boys loved the game room and the yard space for wiffle ball. We are hoping to use this place again when we come in 2 years for our other son.」

「Samantha was great to work with. In addition to linens and cookware, the rental has a portable crib, games, puzzles, books, and umbrellas for those rainy baseball days!」
