「No heating (which did come on 12 hours after arrival and switched back off again). Lukewarm and cold water - unable to shower there. We had to boil water in a kettle and wash from a basin. Noise from road and open bars/restaurants late into night, broken chair, lounge had holes all through it and just two cups. While the unit was on the first floor up from the road, there were about 40 stairs to that level and the instructions to the premises talked of a white door - no white door anywhere. 」

「Max and Mariella were excellent hosts from the beginning, welcoming us and providing directions from the airport. The apartment was clean and well maintained. They prepared the sofa bed for us, and we had everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated the local recommendations as well as directions to the Olympic venues, and it was only about a 20 min walk to the Duomo.
