Step outside to the terrace, where you can bask in the Mediterranean sunshine and enjoy the charming outdoor dining area. Relax on the comfortable seating or transform the lounge chairs into sunbeds for the ultimate relaxation while you enjoy the sea view in front of you.

The apartment is located on the second top floor and benefits from both views and tranquility. There is also a guest toilet in addition to the two bathroooms, washer and dryer.

ALDI and Carrefour, your everyday grocery store, is right across the street, providing everything you need for breakfast, dinner, or a nightcap.

The complex, Jardinana Azalea, provides a safe and secure environment, fully gated for your peace of mind. Enjoy the abundance of amenities within the community, including a large heated outdoor swimming pool, perfect for year-round enjoyment. Immerse yourself in the tropical pool, or let the little ones splash around in the separate children's pool. Take a soothing soak in the large Jacuzzi or keep up with your fitness routine in the well-equipped gym.

Even during the winter season, you can enjoy the comfort of a heated outdoor shower, ensuring a refreshing dip is always within reach.

Located in a prime spot, our Mediterranean styled apartment offers easy access to nearby beaches, shopping, dining, and attractions. Whether you're seeking relaxation, family fun, or adventure, this apartment has it all. The beach is only a short walk away of 850 meters.

Getting Around:
There is free parking in the street outside the gate and also one parking space in the residencial garage for those travelling by car or who wish to rent a car for the vacation.

The bus stop is 650 m away with regular departures in the direction of Marbella or Fuengirola. The Fuengirola station is classified disabled-friendly, it is an underground station and step or elevator are needed to reach platform level. From here you can catch the train to Malaga which takes 48 minutes via Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Malaga Airport. The Cercanias train conveniently connects with the main line trains in Malaga Maria Zambrano station for high-speed trains to Madrid, Cordoba, Sevilla, and other parts of Spain. From the Fuengirola bus station you can take buses along the Costa del Sol, west to Algeciras and east to Malaga. There are also other services across Andalucía and daily, but less frequent, services to Cádiz, Coín, Córdoba, Granada, Madrid, Ronda, and Sevilla.

If you like to stretch your legs, you have a boardwalk by the seaside in La Cala stretching all the way from La Cala de Mijas to Calahonda and from Cabopino to Marbella. The boardwalk forms part of the Senda Litoral De Malaga (Malaga coastal path) and if its ever completed will run from Nerja to Manilva and span 163 kilometres. The boardwalk has bars and restaurants along the way as it hugs the coastline. This is a great attraction in La Cala de Mijas and a must when visiting the village.
