a Character Villa has been sim pathetically refurbished, ideal for relaxation in a superb quiet location. Exceptional Spacious and Private Home for Holiday Lets. 3 Double Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms, Pool, Air Conditioning and Secure Parking This beautiful and much loved family residence is now being offered for holiday rentals. It is ideally suited to a family, or maybe two families or friends holidaying together as its spacious and extensive accommodation provides several great areas to relax and its outdoor areas are safe, secure and private. There are NO communal areas. Perfectly located, it is close to the beach (just over 5 minutes walking) and the recently completed Boardwalk along the coast, and is an easy stroll to a shopping centre with a variety of shops including a large supermarket (Mercadona)and pharmacy. There is a big selection of Restaurants, Bars and Coffee Shops all within walking distance. Access to the A7 and the AP7 (Toll Road) is only a few moments away making an easy journey from the airport (about 35 minutes) and excellent access in all directions to the many fabulous places to see and things to do. Marbella is about 20 minutes drive. There is a taxi rank close by and also public transport. This bedroom has doors opening to upstairs rear terrace which connectes to Bedroom 2 En Suite Bathroom (Bath 2) , has window, shower cubicle, low level wc and pedestal wash basin. Bedroom 2. What a lovely place, fantastic pool and overall a great place to stay if you are seeking some well deserved down time and peace and quiet.
Only issue was the location to amenities, from the description these were a lot closer than they actually were and as one of the party could not walk long distances this proved difficult. The solution is to hire a car and the this place is ideal.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it doesn’t disappoint, the pool and accommodation is perfect for keeping families entertained. Can’t wait to come back!
We have 4 dogs so wanted somewhere private and spacious with close proximity to the beach and that’s exactly what this villa offered. Had everything we needed and it may be a bit dated but it was perfect for us. 5 min walk to beach, restaurants and amenities. Host was quick to respond but we really had no issues within our 4 week stay.
Apart from the garden being a bit neglected and the villa not having been cleaned very thoroughly, we had a lovely time. Great space, location and very peaceful!
A very nice secluded villa in a good location.
We were a party of 6 adults and two babies and found the villa, pool and peaceful private garden a great place to stay.
We were able to walk to local shops, the beach and restaurants which meant we didn't need to hire a car, Ubers or buses are easy if you want to travel further.
Overall a great family holiday!
pre visit communications with the owner were easy and helpful. The villa was as described and the pool was a great size with a deep end for adults and shallow end for the grandchildren to play in. What's not to like? !
As a group of three golfers, this was an ideal villa and perfect location for our week in the Costa del Sol. The lounge / dining area and outside space were perfect. Although conveniently located for the nearby main road, the garden area was very quiet. We walked to a variety of nearby restaurants. Off street parking was very helpful.
Villa was clean, pool was cleaned twice a week and done very well. As a family we sat down and tried to find faults in the villa and all we could come up with is maybe some pool lights and more outside lighting to play cards at night,
We recommend this villa and trust me you won't be disappointed. The town is a very short drive or about a slow 15 min walk one way or a 10 min through the cut through.
Las Blancas was a beautiful villa. I stayed with my partner, two girls and my parents. It was perfect. The pictures do not do it justice. The rooms were bright and spacious. The pool was amazing. The villa was situated it a perfect position. Less than 10 mins to the beach (if you turn right out of the villa and walk to the bottom of the road, then through the wooded area to the left, then right along the road, etc) We found getting to the mercadona or lidl was alot quicker going this way as well, the shopping trolley found in the cupboard by the front door was a god send. The inflatables by the pool were used alot! The garden was secluded and you were able to get shade from the trees. Lots of seating and sun loungers to use. Air con was well needed, worked perfectly. It was amazing. Gillian the host was quick to get back. John the manager of the property was friendly and helpful. Thank you
Villa was very clean, and well equipped. We had a great time. Communication with Gillian (the host) was great, we asked to book in early and this was not an issue. The location was a tab hilly for my father-in-law.
There are quite a few bars and restaurants in walking distance; a mini mart and supermarket are within walking distance but if you have a few items of shopping it is advisable to jump in a cab for your return journey. We would book to stay again.

Area is residential rather than touristic so not much noise. Good local bars and beach but you will need a car to get about. Marbella is easy by bus but for gib you will need transport.
I would happily book this place again.
Property was clean and tidy when we arrived and we were able to check in early which helped . Swimming pool is huge and the outside area very spacious. We had no issues with anything , the ac in the bedrooms was a godsend at night. We know the area and it was easy to walk to restaurants as we didn’t hire a car as the local buses are easy to navigate , when we didn’t eat out the kitchen and BBQ provided good options to cook at the villa.

John and Scott were helpful, discreet and friendly. Solved a couple of minor problems without fuss or delay. A bit disappointed that the small kitchen patio was out of use, would have been a lovely place for lunch, breakfast. However we were still able to dine outside the entire stay, and also entertain our family who live nearby.
We cannot exaggerate enough the appeal of the pool and garden area where we spent most of our time.
The location is superb with easy walking access to two shopping centres and the beaches literally at the bottom of the road. And yet retaining great privacy.

Villa is really spacious and pool is great. Information folder on resort is not great (good re villa), no info on reaching beach or local dining. Downstairs smelt really musty, cleared after airing. Parts are looking a bit tired – broken tiles, shower in ensuite, but they are minor niggles and is an excellent villa. Kitchen has everything but only 1 set of crockery (6 places) so constant wash up. Plenty of condiments and cleaning stuffs but no bottled water. However tap water was fine for drinking. There is no safe.Some resort info. Route to beach on foot is downhill out of villa, onto short track. Pirate beach bar at nearest beach is good. Shoes recommended for sea. Sunbeds at Pirate and further right at Luna Beach run out quite early. Bathing better at Luna beach. Luna beach accessible by car – hard to find route – is narrow road with tunnel under A7 from near Lidls. Restaurants in walking distance are on Avenue de Espana. We tried 2 – Maradentro – good fish restaurant, excellent paella, and Little Italy which we thought was ok. 1.4 mile on boardwalk to Cabopino marina with restaurants. Great night there at Alberts with 80s live music. Best taxi Mijas Taxi for local and airport transfer – taximijas.es. We found buses a nightmare. Timetable is fiction. Two buses to Marbella did not stop because they were full. Mercadona supermarket closed Sundays – Lidl, Carrefour and MAS open. Late night mini market on Avenue de Espana next to Little Italy.
Arriving late at night, villa was easy to find including access. Very well laid out villa, spacious & clean. Pool amazing, sunloungers & umbrellas, inflatables great fun. Lovely area to stay.
For us 4.generations perfect.It was more like a home than a holiday let. The pool. Couldn't have been better. Big and just lovely. Lots of beach bits in the cupboard.
