One min from apt we also have a fantastic local called simple great place to eat and unwind There is a market on Wednesday and Saturday.
La Cala is 25 mins drive from Malaga airport and there are many golf courses within 3km. La Cala is on the main bus route between Fuengirola and Marbella.
