" If you want to experience a unique hotel in a beautiful town then look no further than the Alchimy. The welcome, the rooms, the service and the evening food is of the highest quality and we will go back there again. The only negative comment we have is about the breakfast as following the excellence of the evening meal we expected, at the least, a large selection at a buffet breakfast but instead we just had a basket of bread and croissants, an orange juice and a coffee so for €12.50...

"We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and quiet; our window overlooked a courtyard area and, therefore, seemed private. The bed was a king, which is hard to find in Europe. The shower water had amazing pressure! We were glad to have the fridge for our wine, and water was supplied daily in our room. The room is just as pictured. We were a few steps from the Capitole square. (This area is ripe with activity, protests, homeless, young people!)"

"We chose this lovely hotel as a gastronomic trip, looking forward to dining in their renowned Restaurant, Le Clos, which we had booked by email. Unfortunately, our email was misrouted to one of their partner companies, which failed to forward it. There was no dining availability at the hotel when we arrived. The reception staff booked us into a family oriented brasserie in the local town, mainly serving burgers on one night, and on the other night into a steakhouse within a bowling...

"This is a lovely hotel a few minutes walk from the Airport bus stop at Jeanne d'Arc so easy and hassle free travel to the airport in 30 minutes. A great location means all the main sites and attractions are within walking distance but if you're not inclined the Metro is nearby, cheap and easy to navigate. We did not eat at the hotel but the rooms were clean with new towels every morning and the staff were friendly and attentive. Perfect for a long weekend. "

"The location of the hotel is excellent - in the centre, close to everything, but on a quiet street. The staff was excellent too and very friendly! The room was quiet small (12 sq m). The quality of breakfast products was great, but the selection was small for the price (€14). There is no parking in the hotel. There is a car park within 2 minutes walk that costs €30 per day. The hotel has an agreement with another car park within 5 minutes walk that costs €20 per day, however each day we easily...

"The hotel is in a fantastic location with parking in an underground car park within walking distance. The decor is very OTT but it didn’t bother us. The beds were comfortable and the room not a bad size but we had no view. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. "
