Dans un cadre idyllique, nous avons fait une très belle découverte. Nous avons pu profiter d'une séance de SPA privatisé et d'un menu surprise avec un accord mets et vins somptueux. L'ensemble du personnel est à l'écoute et très serviable.

Magnifique chateau avec un confort absolu.

Très bel établissement à quelques kilomètres du centre ville de Rodez. Magnifique environnement. Piscine très agréable, située au milieu des vignes. Magnifique chateau en très bon état avec une décoration intérieure très raffinée.

Das Château de Labro, lag für uns auf dem Weg nach Bordeaux günstig gelegen. Leider hatte das Restaurant am Sonntag geschlossen. Den SPA muss man leider auch vorab Reservieren! Der Pool, die Zimmer und das Personal, sauber, gepflegt und freundlich. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

We chose this lovely hotel as a gastronomic trip, looking forward to dining in their renowned Restaurant, Le Clos, which we had booked by email. Unfortunately, our email was misrouted to one of their partner companies, which failed to forward it. There was no dining availability at the hotel when we arrived. The reception staff booked us into a family oriented brasserie in the local town, mainly serving burgers on one night, and on the other night into a steakhouse within a bowling alley/amusement arcade in a retail park. These two evenings away from the hotel, cost us roughly €130 in taxi fares. (The steak was good, but this was certainly not the kind of dining experience we had anticipated.) For our part, we should, with hindsight, have called to reconfirm our reservation. But our disappointment was compounded by realising, at the end of our stay, that it would’ve been perfectly possible for the management, in the circumstances (with our emails showing our good faith attempt to book) to have allowed us to dine in the very pleasant piano bar which is part of the restaurant. The senior receptionist on duty when we checked out agreed that this would’ve been the appropriate course of action. It seems likely that there was a staff training issue, as on arrival, we were not shown around the hotel, and were unaware of its amenities, including the swimming pool until we checked out. Stay here, but make sure you have a confirmed dinner booking.

Quelle magnifique expérience nous avons passé au château Labro ! Environnement de charme, chambre très confortable, accueil souriant et ultra professionnel, d’excellents conseils, un vin blanc du château de très belle qualité et des repas (petits déjeuners et paniers dîners) de haute volée, délicieux et astucieux. Sejour de rêve dans un endroit de rêve. Seul petit bémol au dîner. Nous avons été assez surpris par le fait qu'il fallait garder nos couverts entre les plats et le service était très lent. Mais ceci n'enlève rien à la magie de l'endroit.
