「The overall aspect of the property was misleading, the property wasn't of a standard that I would expect from a Vrbo property or any rental property, the cleanliness was far from acceptable, massive cobwebs in a few rooms, stains on carpets, rugs that we really a bad trip hazards, the one at the top of the stairs which we moved, sofa bed not fit for purpose, stains on bedding, dishwasher didn't clean properly, no welcome pack, lights in the small bedroom wasn't working, mold and grime build up...

"空港からのシャトルバスがどこから出るかわからず、電話もできなかったの。目の前に見えているので歩いたほうが早いとinfomationの人に言われ歩いたら散々でした部屋は清潔で綺麗でしたがなかなか熱いお湯が出ずかなり長い間出し続けてやっと出ました"

"空港から徒歩3分程度の距離にあります。部屋が大変綺麗でした。ケトルとコーヒーメーカーが備え付けてあります。コーヒーや紅茶が置いてありました。ドライヤーと衣類スチーマーもありました。冷蔵庫はありません。シャワールームも十分な広さと綺麗さでした。備え付けのシャンプー類がありましたが使用していないのでどんなものかはわかりません。 USBポート（typeA,typeC）が部屋の至るところにありました。変換アダプタを忘れても大丈夫です！飛行機が飛ばなくなったので急遽もう一泊することになったのですが、快く対応してくださりました。部屋のブッキングはエクスペディアからしてほしいと言われましたが、予約後は、同じ部屋を手配してくれました。"

"Easy to access to/from Manchester airport. I spend 2 nights arrived and depart day. Room was super clean, staff are so polite and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to spend the night before early departure day. Executive lounge is so useful to nibble some snacks at night time, also morning time, you can have some fruit and croissant. That was awesome. My kids love it."
