Room was dirty. Second room was dirty. Outside doors were not secured or locked. No interior lock on the room door. I did not end up staying. I requested a refund and have not heard back from the hotel at this time.

Highway sounds were loud. I can’t stand incidental charges. 7 days later and it still shows up on my account as pending. Going forward I will not stay anywhere that withholds for incidentals.
