Lovely property. Staff service inconsistent overall. Room was not serviced one day. On the day there was construction above pool area, no notice was sent out. Pool area staff/manager and construction crew didn't seem to be on the same page.

The hotel is Miami retro & really cute. Our room had a great vibe & lovely furnishings. We loved looking out our window & watching everyone walking down Miami Beach. The parking was $48 a night with no other option. The food in the hotel was not great. There was no room service. The shower faucets were boogie, but not effective. We loved the location, but wished we were directly on the beach.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was pleasant. And the surrounding neighborhood was beautiful

This place is beautiful and the views are spectacular! Our unit was very well laid out, stocked with everything you need but food and drinks. (I did see there is a service that could shop and stock up for you before the arrive) Great location, parking garage was appreciated! Having a washer and dryer was a wonderful perk. The only negative for us was the insulation was not great to keep out the noise of other units, traffic, sirens, road work, and so much honking that started early in the moring. Part of living in the city I suppose. Highly recommend! We would be glad to stay there again should we return to Miami Beach❤️
