Great property! Very Miami!! All of the staff were amazing...especially Raul. One of the nicest guys ever. Loved having a ceiling fan in the room. The pool area has a super, cool vibe.

We checked in late and were only there for one night pre cruise. The reception representative was very pleasant and helpful. Did not get to use the pool but the pool and surrounding area looked very inviting. Lots of good food options nearby. Would definitely stay again.

They called beforehand to ask if there was any room preferences (upstairs vs downstairs) as they had noted from previous stays preference for ground level due to accessibility issues. Have stayed her several times and always pleased with the cleanliness, quietness, and comfort.
