Living Room:
The living room is designed for both comfort and style, offering a plush sofa and additional seating that create a welcoming space to relax. A high-definition TV provides entertainment, while the adjacent dining table for four sets the stage for shared meals or quiet conversations. Large sliding doors open to a private balcony with an additional dining area, allowing natural light to brighten the interior and creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living.

The dining area is thoughtfully designed to bring people together, featuring a round table set for four. Its placement beside the living room makes it ideal for both family meals and casual gatherings. Large sliding doors allow natural light to brighten the space, while the open layout ensures a seamless flow between dining, lounging, and stepping out onto the private balcony.


Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. A spacious island with seating makes it perfect for casual dining or gathering while cooking. Bedroom:

Guest Policy:
The unit accommodates up to 4 guests and includes all essentials for a short-term stay. For additional personal items, nearby shops and supermarkets are available. Wristbands provided by the resort must be worn by all guests when using resort amenities. No parties or unregistered guests allowed.


Check-In Method:
You will check in with the hotel receptionist. Three days prior to your arrival, you’ll receive all information how to access the property.


Additional Fees you will be charged at Check-In:
• Security deposit: $250 (will be refund after check-out and arrive to your bank within 7 days depending on your bank)
• Resort Fee: $40 + tax per night (all guests)
• Credit card and ID must match the reservation or accompanying guest

Property manager was communicative and helpful. The unit however was not well maintained. The kitchen did not have basic equipment/tools e.g. peeler, enough forks, mixing bowl, measuring spoons and cups. The dishwasher was broken and unit itself could have used a more thorough clean prior to arrival. Pillows and bedding were of poor quality.

The host seemed to be attentive, but failed to repair any of the items listed. These items should have been detected well before my arrival, especially since three appliances (dishwasher, disposal, and oven) were not working. I reported that the refrigerator ice maker was not working. That was not corrected during my stay. The host asked me to inspect the oven by checking the electrical breaker. After scouring the entire unit for the electrical panel, I finally discovered it was behind a full-length mirror. I removed the mirror from the wall and inspected the panel. No breakers were tripped, so I tripped the oven breaker and reset it. The oven began to work after a few minutes. I then replaced the mirror and furniture back in its place. After discovering issues with all appliances, I found that the floor coverings were very dirty. I texted the host, and they sent someone out to vacuum carpets and mop the dirty ceramic tile floors. Additionally, my wife got out a blanket to use, only to find out it was dirty and covered in others' hair. The host was fairly responsive to texts, but I didn't see any corrections during my stay. They asked me, again, to be on-site between the hours of 3-4 pm Saturday. I had already stayed the day prior for a maintenance person, where nothing was resolved in 2 hours. Apparently, the host has inspection issues. The likelihood of all appliances needing repairs at the same time is highly unlikely. I have requested a refund. To date, no response.

Unfortunately, our stay was uncomfortable due to multiple maintenance and condition issues in the unit. While the host was responsive, the property did not meet expectations.The bathroom door would not fully close and the handle frequently got stuck. The dishwasher was not working, and there was no satellite/TV service. The unit did not appear properly cleaned—paint residue was visible behind the TVs, and there was noticeable wear and tear throughout.Lighting was weak, with some bulbs missing. Loose wires were hanging from the TVs, and there were holes in the living room walls from prior wall hangings. The refrigerator has rusted hinges. The bed was an innerspring mattress and not very comfortable.The unit is on the second floor next to the parking area, with very limited water visibility—this was not a partial view as expected.If you can improve those condition it may be a 5 star, but until then I wouldn’t give more than a 3 star.

A major issue throughout our stay was the repeated delivery of conflicting and unreliable information, which caused ongoing disruption and unnecessary stress.Regarding sleeping arrangements, we were told prior to arrival that a sofabed was available. After check-in, we were informed that no sofabed existed. Later, we were again told that a sofabed was available. This back-and-forth occurred multiple times and made it impossible to rely on the information we were given.A similar pattern occurred with maintenance access. We were initially informed that maintenance could be performed without anyone present in the unit. Later, we were told that someone had to be physically present, directly contradicting the earlier guidance and forcing last-minute changes to our plans.Staff interactions further compounded the situation. Requests could not be handled by phone and required repeated in-person visits to the front desk. Responses were slow, and interactions felt dismissive rather than solution-oriented.In addition, the kitchen sink emitted a persistent and unpleasant odor during the stay, suggesting inadequate maintenance.The unit was located on the 2nd floor and lacked adequate sound insulation, resulting in frequent noise disturbances. The beach area was consistently overcrowded throughout our stay.Overall, the persistent pattern of miscommunication, poor responsiveness, and maintenance issues led to an unsatisfactory experience
