Two bedrooms, one with 2 queen size beds and the master king size bed, two full bathrooms, TV in the living room, Wireless Internet, cable. Kitchen has toaster oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, and more. Dining table, great decoration. lots of closet space. Towels, cleaning supplies, umbrellas chairs utensils. Laundry
Room out of the unit on the same floor.
Condo sleeps 6 people .Has semi- private beach with lifeguard. Walk by pool straight to the beach. Has
Valet parking. Beautiful lobby. Wireless Internet. Business center, theater room, yoga room, Very Private.
This condo is centrally located by Hallandale and Hollywood Beach. Close to Westin Diplomat, Aventura Mail. Ft Lauderdale airport. Close to Local restaurants.

All the check in between 8pm to 8 am
are considered LATE CHECK IN and they will have a $50 charge.

EXTRA BUILDING CHARGES:
** Parking: 1-7 days = $100 usd
The administration requires a key every two people over 13 for the common areas of the building. A cost of 30 USD. $100 fee for each additional person over 6 people.

Overall, the condo was good. Was not a fan that laundry card had to be used to do laundry, but had to upload either too much or not enough to do both wash and dry. Also not a fan that we had to pay for packages that were received (medication had to be sent from home).

Great Option For a Beach Getaway, Mostly

The property was great for my friends and I. It has 3 large beds, which is hard to find. There were plenty of amenities (coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, large fridge, etc…). There are plenty of beach towels and beach chairs which was a nice touch. The location is ok. You are right on the beach but there aren’t many other attractions within a short walking distance. There are 2 restaurants across the street but that’s about it. You can however Uber up to the boardwalk area in about 5 minutes or to downtown Hollywood in about 10. There are also grocery stores and a Walmart a short drive away. I will also say the hosts were very nice and easy to get in touch with. My complaint is that the vibe is just kind of weird. I was aware of the parking fee and key fob fee ahead of time but I was also told I had to have $20 in cash that they would refund to me upon returning the parking pass. I was also told that my two friends and I had to wear resort bracelets the entire time we were there and could not remove them. There are also tons of odd rules posted all over the building (no unloading of luggage at the front door, luggage has to be brought up in a separate elevator, no beach wear allowed in the building). I’m assuming this has to do with the fact that most people in the building are residents and they don’t want the vacationers disturbing them. I understand this but it also makes you feel really awkward. Luckily, it seemed like none of the rules were strictly enforced.

Great location

Wonderful location with a nice mini mart/sandwich shop on the premises. Convenient parking. Nice pool adjacent to the beach. The apartment was very comfortable with everything you needed.

My Stay with my Family

Property manager was extremely friendly and catering. The condo was very clean, had everything that a family may need for their stay to be comfortable. The building was very quiet and the staff were very friendly.
