Minimalistic Charm & Comfort in the Heart of Miami

Located in the heart of historic Coral Gables in Miami, this very spacious 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment will make you feel as if you lived here. Within walking or bicycling distance to all of the best restaurants in town, 1/2 a mile from Miracle Mile and two walking blocks away from world famous cuban restaurants "La Carreta" & "Versailles". It is also within the business district's city limits, making it a very convenient stay for business travelers & couples. Email us for any special request.
The space
The place is simple, very clean and practical with a an eclectic Minimalistic look and feel. All items in every one of our apartments has been very carefully sought out thinking first in practicality and secondly a traveler's mindset.
The beds are our pride. All our mattresses conform to a wonderful night's sleep and all our linens and towels are percale egyptian cotton of the very best quality, NO microfiber or polyester at all.
The place is well equipped to house up to 6-7 people. We offer wifi and Netflix through Amazon Prime (please note that we do not offer cable; however the TV program is very broad, and in many languages). Welcoming snacks will be left for every guest on their arrival date (we don't show pictures of the snacks as they will vary), as well as fresh coffee and tea. It is within walking distance to the Trolley stop which takes you around Coral Gables and all the Historic sites the City Beautiful has, including the art galleries. It's also walking distance to the bust stop.
The beds are truly luxurious. In one of the rooms we have a real tempurepedic King size adjustable massage bed, and in the other room 2 full size beds. We pride ourselves with cleanliness and 100% real cotton linens which make the sleeping experience extremely comfortable and unforgettable. There are real down comforters and pillows for the most delicate and/or polyester & microfiber for any guest with allergies, just let us know. There are all types of pillows for different sleeper experiences which are all placed throughout the beds. Just find the ones you like!

***Although this place is as centrally located as it will ever get for any major big city; there are some travelers that think of Miami in terms of only the beach. If this is your case; I would sincerely recommend booking a place at the beach simply because when rated under the beach's standard for location, we will fall short of your expectations. Coral Gables is trendy, hip, classy and filled with a gracious atmosphere for all that live, work or play here. It's by far not as noisy and rowdy as the beach.***

***Please note that the only pets allowed in this property are dogs, and although there are no weight restrictions; the only dog breeds not allowed are those that are inherently violent or aggressive such as rottweillers or pit bulls, etc***
Guest access
Upon receiving your ID's, you will be provided an entry code. You must then provide us with the size of the car you are bringing. We will then assign you a permanent spot for your entire stay. The parking is on the premises. There is also plenty of street parking in case your group brought more vehicles. The apartment is very centrally located and all types of transportation are close by to be able to get around easily in whatever manner you desire.
Other things to note
Please note that Miami is a huge urban city. It has long ago stopped being the quaint big town full of mostly cubans prior to the Mariel Exodus. There are communities from every country of South America and the Caribbean making it such a diverse, controversial city and it has become more elite than California, more artsy and foodie than New York and almost as Chic as Paris (nothing is as Chic as Paris!) You can find A N Y T H I N G in this amazing great, big town called Miami and there is truly much more to it than "the beach experience". Nevertheless, we understand that some travelers are only looking for the beach experience. In this case; we highly recommend staying at the beach, simply due to not being able to provide the beach experience; any stay in any of our apartments will fall short of your expectations. Understand that while you will get the beach experience at the beach; you will also be far from everything else, including the airport and good shopping areas.
