Pros: the condo itself is very clean! There are towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a beach cooler we were able to use. We has access to a heated pool and the beach. There is a coffee machine which is nice. Pablo, the host, is very attentive and helpful if there are any concerns. There is a smart TV with a Roku, so you can log in if you have an account to watch shows and movies. The AC works great, which is nice on hot days.
Cons: there is NO hot tub (which was advertised under amenities on Vrbo). Also, the washer and dryer cost $2 each. Make sure you ask your host for a laundry card because if you purchase it yourself, it will cost $7 just for the card alone. Then, you have to load money onto the card (there is a $10 minimum for loading it). Then, you need to load the washer with your own detergent (there isn’t any supplied by the room). So keep in mind that yes, there is a washer/dryer, but it is very expensive and pretty inconvenient.
If you have a car, EXPECT TO PAY $155 AT CHECK IN ($20 of which has to be cash). It costs $75 a week to park and you need to get 2 “fobs.” These fobs cost $30 each, and they get you access to the pool and beach. The $20 is a cash deposit for if you lose the parking pass, so you should get that back at the end of the week. There is a lady at the check in desk that was very rude to my sister and I. She rolled her eyes at us multiple times and seemed annoyed at us. We really didn’t appreciate her attitude as we were very nice to her.
