Although the rooms are small by American standards, they are nicely designed and comfortable. Staff is genuinely friendly and helpful.Breakfast is great with good selection of French cheeses, French pastries and a variety of teas. Great location with rue Saint Lazare and Boulevard des Martyrs giving you a genuine taste of French art de vivre with cafes, restaurants, bakeries and all sorts of shops.

The air conditioning did not work and our room was not cleaned up after the first day. Fortunately, the staff was very kind and helpful to fix these issues in short time. Thank you for their reactivity !
The downside for us was the lack of space in the room and bathroom to handle the luggages and stuffs.

"Of the three hotels we have stayed in on this trip this was the best. Very comfortable with enough space and we could get coffee in the morning to bring to our room (we had to pay but it was nice). Room was charming and staff were great. Bar was very sophisticated and attractive. Great location. ..."
