安心できる非常に静かな小さな住宅で、81 M2の平らなT3は非常に快適で、特に機能的で、Thauの海の池（生態保護区）の端の景色を眺めることができます。 住宅のふもとのビーチ。 きちんとしたインテリア。 2つのベッドルームで構成されています（1つに80mの大きなベッド、もう1つに90cmのプルアウトベッド2つ）、折りたたみ式ベッド1つ、オープンキッチンと2つの大きな窓が見える大きなリビングルーム海の景色を望む18 m2のテラス。 すべてのリビングルームのブラインドと電動シャッター。 12ユーロのサプリメントで5人目を寝る可能性。 WIFIインターネットを無料で利用できます。
市内中心部の近くに位置し、アグドの岬であるセートのパノラマの景色を望むアパートメント... 近くのマリーナ、ビーチと港沿いの公共駐車場。

Bel Appartement, très bien situé à 1mn de la plage et des restaurantsPetits bémols: - on nous annonce une place de parc privée, alors qu'il s'agit de la partager avec dix autres bénéficiaires du macaron de stationnement (premier arrivé, premier servi) ! Attention de ne pas être bloqué par un autre véhicule- la poubelle n'était pas vidée- l'eau chaude n'était pas enclenchée (24h après)- un store solaire défectueux

Lovely apartment overlooking the bay

The apartment is beautifully situated and was clean and airy. The only downsides were the A/C unit in the living room not running cold and it was very hot and we were met by a lovely lady who couldn’t speak any English at all, and I don’t speak a lot of French. And she was trying to get safety deposit cash from me which wasn’t mentioned in the booking, which I believe said no hidden fees.

Trés bien, mais petites améliorations à apporter.

Bel appartement, calme, spacieux, lumineux, avec une belle vue sur l'étang et proche du centre ville. Baignoire,douche et wc dans la salle de bains, plus wc séparé. Clim dans séjour et grande chambre, volets roulants, 2 store bannes sur terrasse. Attention, vingt marches à monter avant d'y accéder. Pour personnes agées, pas de meubles hauts dans la cuisine. Une table basse serait la bien venue entre le canapé et téléviseur. Si vous quittez votre place de parking privative, au retour elle sera peut être prise. Parking à proximité souvent complet. Manque une table supplémentaire sur la terrasse pour pouvoir manger à six.Toutefois, sommes ravis de notre séjour d'une semaine en septembre. PS: Pour les pêcheurs au lancer, trop d'algues au fond de l'étang.

Un grand appartement idéalement situé, très lumineux, super équipé, décoré avec goût et rien ne manque ! Le seul bémol le stationnement est compliqué car pas de place réservée mais, je reviendrai chez vous pour les prochaines vacances à Mèze !!

Das Appartement hat eine sehr gute Lage und die Aussicht vom Balkon ist Entspannung pur. Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist der Club auf der anderen Seite des Hafens. Fast jeden Abend ist sehr laute Musik bis ca. 1 Uhr nachts.

Charmant Appart très bien situé et équipé

Accueil très cordial et soucieux d’informer du mieux possible pour passer un bon séjour sans mauvaise surprise. Appartement très bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur l’étang de Thau. Juste à descendre et nous sommes à la plagette juste à côté ou alors on peut prendre un verre ou une glace ! Parking de la copropriété sous les fenêtres de l’appartement (ou sinon sur le parking public derrière plus ou moins facile de trouver une place dans ce lieu très fréquenté mais après une balade en revenant en soirée il y a de la place). Appartement au 1er étage donc quelques marches à monter. il est très spacieux et bien équipé. Climatisation légèrement utilisée sans exagération dans la chambre pour rafraîchir les nuits chaudes de canicule. Balcon super agréable sur toute la longueur de l’appartement. Ainsi peu importe que l’on soit dans le Salon où les chambres, la vue est superbe ! Nous y serions bien restés et nous y reviendrons sans doute.

Simply Horrific.

Our stay in Meze was an unbelievably bad experience. The apartment had not been properly cleaned and in a pandemic situation was undoubtedly a health hazard. Cupboard doors were grimy, the toaster and coffee pot showed a lot of rust, the floors were dirty and there were vegetables which previous visitors had left behind remaining in cupboards. In the bathroom the shower outlet was open, with no cover and the outlet itself was filthy. It could not be used. The 'wardrobe' was a section in the bathroom with a few hangers along with the vacuum cleaner, dirty brushes, two buckets and a selection of filthy clothes for cleaning the floors. The toilet brushes in both the bathroom and the toilet itself were simply disgusting.. The duvet in the cupboard in the bathroom was dark grey in colour and the blanket with it had traces of blood splattered throughout with other various stains. The beds were slightly above camp bed status and the pillows were of the lowest quality. We were told in the information, and it was confirmed to me by the owner in an email that we had a designated parking place but in reality this did not exist. During the ten days we endured in the apartment we were blocked on two occasions by drivers parking directly behind us, so that we could not take our car out, on three other occasions our parking space was taken up by members of the public who had come to the beach and we had to drive around to find another space, at a distance. After a week I called the agent who came and I explained the situation. She said that the parking issue was an ongoing problem and she herself had been verbally abused for challenging people parking in the designated area. I explained that the multiple issues would have required such a deep cleaning that we would have had to move out in order for the situation to be rectified. We only stayed ten days because we were trying to find suitable accommodation in order to move. The apartment is set within a small office block with a hall which was used frequently during the week for classes so that the front door was left open during the day. I had an altercation with two people on one occasion who demanded access to the building for a non existent yoga class. Over one weekend the stench from an open toilet across the corridor from the apartment was gross. Having stayed in gites and apartments in France and Italy on numerous occasions over many years this was the worst experience, that we have ever had. Avoid.

Das Apartment befindet sich direkt am Étang de Thau mit herrlichem Ausblick. Es ist zentral gelegen, gut ausgestattet und für zwei Personen sehr geräumig. In Mèze kann man hervorragende, frisch geerntete Austern aus dem Étang kaufen. Wenn man sie nicht selbst zubereiten möchte, kann man sie in den kleinen Restaurants im benachbarten Bouzigues direkt am Ufer genießen. Wir werden gern wiederkommen.

Grand appartement lumineux, décoré avec goût, les pieds dans l'eau, fidèle à la description. Accueil très agréable. Directement sur le port avec coucher de soleil lumineux. La plage jouxte l'immeuble très calme puisqu'il n'y a aucun autre résidant. Les restaurants sont à quelques pas.
