「We came from a long-haul flight that arrived around 5 AM, so I had to book the room starting the night before to ensure I would have a room when I arrived in Manila. I had already communicated this arrangement in advance and was told that reception would be informed about our arrival. However, when I arrived, I was told that someone stayed in the room and they have to clean it. Since I had technically already paid for the room for the previous night, I expected it to be available when I...

「I stayed for about ten days while visiting a nearby university. The staff were all very kind and readily assisted me whenever I needed help. The surrounding area was quite convenient, with local restaurants, convenience stores, laundries, and cafes all within walking distance. The room was also well-equipped with a microwave and an induction cooker, making it easy to prepare meals in the room. If I have a similar opportunity in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again!」

「A great place to stay for a solo traveler. Glenn communicates very well prior to your arrival. It was easy to “check in” once you get to the residence. The place itself is fantastic. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning is perfect, the tv has Netflix, the place has a convenience store and dining options within the gated area so you’ll feel pretty safe. The best thing about this is that there’s a bridge that connects this building to the mall. Really well worth your buck. Some small...

「Very accessible to Sm North Mall (walkable), Trinoma and other attractions. Theres a 24 hr convenience store nearby. The condo is equipped with a microwave, stove, fridge, thermos, iron, ironing board, tv and fast wifi, has hot water in the shower and ac in the room is cold. Host is very responsive and helpful. Very safe- there are security guards on each gate and entrance of the building. Pass is needed upon check in. There are 4 elevators in the building but sometimes not all are in...

「The condo is unique. Very clean. The owner Glenn is su nice, he make sure everything fine and comfortable. 」

「Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. But there are amazing restaurants near by so this is not...
