The Space:

Whether visiting for business or pleasure, this spacious 250 m2 (2500 sq ft) two-story home, decorated with sophisticated taste, will make the perfect home away from home in CDMX!



Entering the home may take your breath away, as it was thoughtfully designed to be awe-inspiring. Once you’ve settled in, you’ll see it was designed for comfort too! Lounge together in the living room with a Smart TV with premium cable channels for enjoyable downtime moments at home.





There’s a kitchen with everything you’d need to prepare a meal at home and a wonderful round dining table that seats 8 for meals together and great conversation! Plus, the breakfast bar is nearby with 3 bar stool chairs for additional seating.



If you’re a remote worker, you’re in luck, as there’s high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home and plenty of places to set up your laptop and work or study.



There are 4 bedrooms (3 upstairs, 1 downstairs), 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The home accommodates 10 guests comfortably as such:

BEDROOM 2: 1 King bed, upstairs

BEDROOM 3: 2 Queen beds, upstairs

BEDROOM 4: 1 Queen bed, ground floor, offering easy accessibility for anyone with mobility needs



All bedrooms in this unit include a portable fan and a portable heater.



What quickly becomes the favorite spot in the house is the private courtyard patio with outdoor furniture that creates a tranquil space for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Enjoy a moment to yourself or a good book in the unique hanging swing chair nearby, too!



There’s a laundry area in the home with a washer and dryer for added convenience.



During your stay, take advantage of the prime location and explore Roma Norte, surrounded by trendy cafes, restaurants, shops, museums, art galleries, and more. Explore the nearby parks, or take a leisurely stroll through the charming streets of this historic district.

Getting Around:

The Benito Juárez International Airport (MEX) is 7.5 miles | 12 km from the home. Always check your mobile map apps when you arrive, as driving times vary greatly depending on the time of day.



If you come by car, there is a parking spot available for you in front of the home. You can also take a registered taxi, Uber or public transportation. Popular landmarks and areas in the city, such as the two famous parks: Parque México & Parque España, Fuente de Cibeles, Bosque de Chapultepec, and the historic center are just a short drive or walk away.



Other Things to Note:

Important information to know before booking:



At the moment there is a construction site close to the house and it is possible that there will be noise during working hours. We ask for your understanding for this situation.



Mexico City is going through a decrease in the water supply this 2024. This measure has been taken to ensure in the medium term that the supply of water delivered from the Cutzamala System, whose overall storage level has been reduced as a result the drought that has affected the country in recent years.

It is important to mention that there is enough water on the property, in case of shortage we will provide water through an external distributor, for which we appreciate your patience and understanding.



The house in front is under construction, they work regular working hours.



There is no daily housekeeping, but you can arrange a cleaning if you’d like for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance. Also, some basic essentials, like toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap, are provided to get you started.



A charge of $1000mxn will apply in case you lose the remote control of the property's entrance.



There’s a charge for any extra person not listed on the reservation.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



There are surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces. These cameras are strictly for security reasons to ensure the safety of our guests.



**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $1500 MXN penalty.

- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise is not tolerated. We must respect our neighbors. No loud music or noise after 10 pm or face a $500 MXN fine.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID prior to arrival, at check-in, or anytime during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.



We provide one towel per person per stay, most of our apartments have washing and drying machines or are located close to a laundry.



Interaction with Guests:

It’s a self-check-in property by accessing the keys in the lockbox. The ID of every adult on the reservation is required at least one day before arrival.



You’ll have complete privacy during their stay, but we’re available 7 days a week if needed. Just send us a message. Our online availability hours are from 9am to 10 pm.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
