A beautiful place close to everything in Mexico City great restaurants close to shopping as well great staff very friendly and respectful. The room was clean and comfortable. But the only thing I didn’t like was there was not a lot of channels to watch other than that it was great

Perfecto!!!

Excellent choice for our 1st time to Mexico City!! Comfort, location, attentive & helpful staff. Stay was extended twice here! Good home base location. Not a single issue. Highly recommend!!!!

The room was very hot and had only a small fan for ventilation. The only window opened onto the public interior hallway. The bed was comfortable and the staff very friendly. Being an entirely interior room, it was very quiet. We didn’t see any other guests the two nights we were there, so it was incredible that they wouldn’t give us a better room.

Would stay again, but shower curtain shoud be a little longer, it did not run all the way to he floor and you can't help to make a mess when showering. Huge bummer for me who hate a wet bathroom floor. Taking that aside, nice hotel, courteous staff.

This place has potential to be great. However they need to pay attention to small details. My room had a throw pillow that was tattered. I could not understand why they would place such a thing in anyone's room. Since my neighbors were always arguing in the middle of the night I asked to be placed in another room. The throw pillow in that room was also worn out. On the plus side the staff were very nice.

I am definitely staying here again. The rooms are small and cozy, the front desk is always kind. I also felt very safe because the door is always locked and we have to ring the bell to get in but they answer it 24 hours a day. The cleaning staff is so nice and they keep the whole place super clean. Thank you!

Sehr gute Lage. Personal ist freundlich, reagiert jedoch nicht auf Expedia-Nachrichten. Wir wollten einen Shuttle organisiert bekommen, wie in Beschreibung angegeben, was dadurch nicht möglich war. Wir sind dann auf uber umgestiegen, was in CDMX ein Glück kein Problem ist. Unser Bett war durchgelegen und es gibt keine Klimaanlage, sodass wir nicht gut schlafen konnten. Zimmer ist sonst ok, jedoch ist das Bad etwas unpraktisch. Handtücher hängen über Toilette, sodass man aufpassen muss, dass sie nicht hineinfallen. Es gab auch keinen Fön, Ablagemöglichkeiten oder Zahnputzbecher im Bad.
