This is a shared apartment with a shared living room and bathroom, and that should really be stated in the listing. You have to call the staff every time you want to enter the apartment, which is inconvenient, and amenities like the pool are not included — so the photos on Expedia are misleading. The positive side is that the apartment is cleaned daily and the price is good.

A disaster: Should be listed as a hostil hostel.

I booked a private condo suite (clearly specified on website). Turned out it was a shared unit. Alberto is your typical uneducated local. He offered me to leave and find a different place which was not an option at 6:00 at night in a sketchy area. The wrong address is listed on the website. It's actually 81 Chicago st. The security makes no sense and seems to do everything possible to hassle guests. Nobody speaks English which makes sense being it's Mexico but usually hotels have someone. Multiple maids or unknow people enter the condo without knocking. We would sometimes bet what the next person entering would do. Example: lady walked in, put her lunch in my fridge and walked out? Not a guest. 3 of the 5 windows wouldn't open. No AC or Heat. Alberto was stereotypical macho hispanic: He would not appologize for anything. He would tell me the website is wrong and I should contact the website. He loved telling me I had the option to leave which is not really an option being finding another place close by at last minute isn't easily done. The pool requiers a reservation and swim cap. I never saw one person in the pool. The gym is nice if you can find a way to get in. It requires a code and Alberto gave me a code that didn't work. I gave up contacting Alberto because of his strange nieve logic.

The room itself was beautiful! However, you will not be able to enter or even leave without calling a specific number that day. We waited for 30 minutes one day and were almost forced to rent a room bc the number didn’t answer. The same thing happened a couple times over our stay at this location. The hassle of constantly waiting for someone to come let you in is super draining especially if you plan to be out exploring. The second thing is that they have a camera INSIDE the kitchen, literally inside the premises recording what you do which i found as a huge invasion of privacy. The last thing is, there were seven of us and only changed our towels once during a 7 day stay forcing us to share towels. Jose and Delia were the only reason I gave this property 1 star. They were attentive and let us in everyone else could care less if we stayed locked out of of place.

Para comenzar deberían especificar que la habitación es en un departamento COMPARTIDO con un solo baño el cual debes compartir con los inquilinos de otras DOS habitaciones. Sumamente incómodo. Yo viajé con mi hijo y resulta que estando ahí te enteras que debes compartir departamento con desconocidos. El edificio tiene un cartel que indica que los dueños y arrendatarios no aprueban rentas temporales y que prácticamente te harán la estancia imposible, el cartel indica que nadie te apoyará en nada y que se te vigilará constantemente. Por ende NO TE DAN LLAVE PARA ENTRAR y cada que tienes que salir hay que llamarle a una persona para que te abran la puerta así que te tienen esperando ahí afuera y a veces tardan en responder la llamada. Te dan unas toallas viejas del SPORT WORLD y un sobre de shampoo minúsculo para tu estancia. Neta si tienen oportunidad de hospedarse aquí DESAPROVÉCHENLA. No vale lo que cobran. Me sentí estafada y engañada. Los encargados son amables pero neta es un engaño total. Deberían especificar CLARAMENTE las condiciones de la estancia, no engañar a la gente y salir con estas jaladas ya que estás ahí.

Mira desde la llegada anuncia el edificio que están prohibidos los airb&b o similares, lo que pague al final cuenta una habitación de la cual no tenia baño, es compartido, lo que está súper mal porque falta mucha especificación toallas manchadas y su ibas para bañarse la regadera súper mal estado etc etc ,
