We liked that everything was around walking distance. The cleaning lady’s were very helpful and very friendly they maintain our room clean all the time. The only bad problem we had was the shower curtain was broken but other than that everything was great. Thank you. We will definitely consider going back again to this hotel.

It's located in the historic center of Mexico City, 10 minutes walk to the Zocalo. No airconditioning in the room, with small window, it's very hot to stay in the room at noon. Cooler at night and in the morning. For 17 dollars/night I can't complain. Bring your own towel, sometiimes no towel in the room and they don't have clean towel. Sometimes no hot water, we use and cup or cutted botle to pick warm water at the foucet

This space is exremely unsafe. I stayed in room 202 right off the elevator. The room did not have a toilet seat. There were holes in the wall. exposed wiring. the bathroom window was missing a top piece of the glass and the shower had no curtain. So while i showered I had to make sure to keep an eye on the window so I could make sure no one was looking at me. This place did not feel very safe nor was it clean. Of course I was unable to get my money back but I didn't even stay there one night. I took a shower and returned the key immediately. This place is a shame and it's a shame that you are advertising this place differently in the pictures.

I only stayed for 1 night when I had a reservation for 4 nights. I tried to contact them to let them know my flight was arriving at 10pm, no one ever answered. When I finally checked in I was handed a key and was told I had to leave the key with them every time I needed to leave hotel. Once I went up to the room there was no toilet paper nor towels. I went back down to ask and they handed me toilet paper and towels. Pictures are misleading. We only slept 1 Night and told the lady at the front desk I would not be returning for a second night and I am speaking to her in Spanish but she has this lost look in her face like she didn’t understand.

Buena relación costo beneficio pero con detalles.

Las instalaciones están decentes y por el precio está bien, lo malo que los datos en la aplicación confunden porque dice que la recepción tiene horario y no es verdad, está las 24 hrs, algo que si es malísimo es la atención de una empleada como de unos 25 años que como que no escucha bien, pésima para la atención a cliente, se pone a hacer otras cosas en lugar de atenderte, deberían mandarla al turno de noche donde hay menos gente o correrla, en el aspecto se la limpieza deberían cambiar los cloros baratos que usan porque huelen mal, quitando esos dos pequeños detalles el hotel está bien ubicado y en un precio bastante aceptable.

Solo una chica del Domingo por la noche nos atendió mal. Mejorar su trato a clientes. Comentamos no hacer aseo porque todo estaba bien y se metieron a la habitación, teníamos 2 toallas y se llevaron una. Regresamos muy noche y estaba atendiendo el vigilante en la recepción.

Estancia decepcionante

Llegamos y no nos respetaron la reservación, nos dijeron que ya no trabajaban con ustedes y nos dieron la habitación a otro precio al que se reservó, además nos dieron la habitación más fea, el piso asqueroso, con tecuejos solicitamos cambio de habitación y nos la dieron hasta el tercer día, donde nos dimos cuenta de que las sabanas y toallas que nos proporcionaban eran de otros hoteles, incluso encontramos una tijerilla viva en la cama, y en nuestro último día, no nos hicieron la limpieza del cuarto.

No respetan reservación

Dicen desconocer la aplicación de reservaciones. Aún así se pagó por adelantado ahí mismo y la tercera noche no me dejaban entrar a la habitación porque no aparecía mi pago en su sistema. De una manera muy poco amable me exigían pagar nuevamente. Aunque las dos muchachas que atienden en el día son muy amables, no me parece correcto que siga apareciendo en la aplicación como disponible cuando no lo es. El cuarto aparentemente en proceso de remodelación, sin cortina en el baño y la coladera de la regadera tapada. Lo único rescatable es la ubicación, cerca del Zócalo y del metro

Horrible experiencia

Fue una estancia horrible, no me respetaron mi reservación que por que ellos ya no trabajan con hotels.com, la habitación olía a humedad, las ventanas sin cortinas, las llaves de agua con fugas, la cama y base en mal estado, sucio, pelos en las sabanas y almohadas, me picaron pulgas, no me dejaron dormir por el ruido y la luz de los pasillos... fue horrible!!!
