Do not book with casa tonal ever

I NEVER GOT TO STAY BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH I HAD PAID VERBO COMPLETED ANOTHER FORM AND GAVE INFO TO CASA TONAL WHEN I ARRIVED THEY DENIED RECIVING INFO AFTER 2 HOURS WITH VERBO REP AND NO RESPONSE FROM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
