"Amenities and staff are great. Overall, it's a nice hotel. The room is large (and I had the least expensive one). There is plenty of still and sparkling water included, as well as tea and coffee. I think I'd make sure, the room smells really nice and clean. It was ok (not even close to awful) but not wonderful and uplifting as you expect from these hotels. Breakfast was good. I think self-service coffee and tea would be better as opposed to waiters bringing it out. The rest of breakfast was buffet -style, but you could also order omelets, which was nice. I had both coffee and tea. Tea was good; coffee was a bit like colored hot water. Location is good. 10 minute walk to the center. View of the city is beautiful from the restaurant. Good hotel. Recommend "

"I will definitely choose City Hotel for my next visit to Luxembourg. It offers everything a solo traveler could want: clean, quiet rooms with ample storage space and a lovely bathroom, plus a comfortable bed and satisfying breakfast. The staff are particularly friendly and attentive. In addition, the hotel is ideally situated near the train station and surrounded by many dining options."

"Staff didn’t pick up room service trays overnight. Staff knocked on door and asked to clean our room when we hung a “Later, Please” sign from the door handle. Sign was removed. Cookies were plentiful. The hotel is a 30-minute bus ride from the train station. Buses run every 30 minutes."
