"It is in a nice area,location. Dont have a fridge but has ice in the hallway. And did not have an iron. But the rest of the hotel is very nice and spacious. Cleaned every day . Lobby furniture need to be replace, too many stains."

"My girlfriend and I had a great 3-day stat at the Principe hotel in Feb 2026 for a phenomenal price. The hotel was very nice, quite and clean with large rooms. We actually got moved right away to a far larger room (for no charge) because the A/C in our first room was not working properly. The staff could not have been nicer. The location of the property in the nice and safe Congrejo neighborhood was great, with plenty of good restaurants steps away. In truth, the Principe was one of the best stays/deal I have ever had in my travels. "
