"Was under minor construction room was great.very clean. Bed was broke but nothing crazy. Couldn't control the thermostat or it was off had a letter to call the desk next to the thermostat but I just went about my business other people might of had a problem with this. Was a lil warm for me but heyy. Roof lobby and gym was real nice. Between the 2 restaurants the Irish par seemed to be swanging lol didn't get a chance to stop by it though. Onsight parking was nice "

"We stayed at this hotel due to its convenience and relative proximity to the XFinity arena as we were in town for the Conan Gray concert there. It worked great in terms of convenience and accessibility! "

"Took 15 mins for the shower to warm up, front desk was not welcoming, they talked fast and made you feel weird asking anything. Kids couldn’t watch tv apparently cable was out, only option was to buy a movie- but we weren't told that until the next morning at checkout. Front desk took room key and said coarsely sorry about that, bye. Oh, then I had to figure out valet, again front desk didn’t tell me there was a different pick up. For 1 night - this was ridiculous. "

"Have me a room, 204 or 206, and shower was broken and a hole in the wall in the bathroom. Banged the front desk and refused to move me to another room. It was after midnight when for in. Sent maintenance who broke the shower door which was made out of glass. Also the tv only had 4 channels and the male front desk clerk said they have limited channels, Just LIER! Didn't get another room until the morning when I delt with a different front desk clerk, a female. The new room had plenty of channels. Stay away from that room! He lied about EVERYTHING!"

"Very dingy and dirty looking, torn furniture in the lobby, water was out, first room given had someone in it - changed to a different room and the shower would not drain Would not stay there ever again even if it was free"

"The staff did their best to be friendly and accommodating from the valet parking to the restaurant to the checkout. We were very pleased with the services. Did not use the air conditioning but we did use the heat and found it to be perfect. Only slight drawback was when using a shower and opening the shower door water ran out and puddled near the toilet so there was a reverse slope it should slope the other way. Overall an excellent stay will definitely consider utilizing this facility for future adventures."

"The coffee pot didn't work well. Had to hold down the button. Glad to have the microwave but had to remind them of it. Very satisfied. Will stay again."

"The housekeeping staff was excellent. From the minute I made a phone call about my friend coming and asked for connecting rooms. The front desk staff was more than accommodating. My flight was canceled due to a snowstorm and they were more than accommodating, They took care of me with a blizzard rate. The only things that I thought was a little strange was that the lobby and the ground floor are not on the same level. Also, they do provide bottled water when requested the water that comes out of the sink it is very cloudy city water, but after it settles, it looks OK, but that made me feel uneasy. other than that it’s my go to Hotel next time I visit my hometown Philly."
