The hotel is very dated. It needs an overhaul. Dark mustard yellow colored walls that are dirty as well. It is just an extremely dated hotel. It is on the lake so that is gorgeous. The staff is amazing. Restaurants/bar are fabulous. It just isn’t nice looking.

Room was lovely and clean, staff were helpful and kind. The pool was very nice and well maintained, sauna and whirlpool included in that. The property is located in a lovely part of Madison, and was very walkable.
I would absolutely recommend to others!
