- People other than those on the reservation are not allowed to enter without first notifying the host.
- Respect the parking spaces.
- Do not throw paper in the toilet. In case of clogging it, the plumbing costs are the responsibility of the guest.
- Make responsible use of electricity, use the air conditioning when necessary, turn off the lights and AC before leaving the apartment.
- In balcony and condo`s common areas, loud music is prohibited at all times.
- In balcony and terrace, please avoid loud talks after 8 pm.
- Guests are under no circumstances allowed to access the amenities of the Cabo Norte Clubhouse. If they do, a penalty of $6,000 MXN will be charged to the guest.
- Access cards should be returned, otherwise a $500 MXN charge will be made for each one of the missing cards
