A pantry and a laundry room are added, offering even morel comfort, here everything has its corresponding room and place. The beach is about 6 minute walk from the house.
About 5 minute drive away is the small town of Sant Climent and the capital of Menorca, Maó, less than 10 kilometers, making it easy and convenient to enjoy its wide gastronomic, commercial and above all cultural offer. The port with its great variety of bars, restaurants, exclusive shops and nautical life, the centre with its art galleries, markets, theatre etc. You will surely visit Maó more than once.
