"This property is in major need of a refresh and some training and presence from the GM. I was hoping by the reviews that this would be a relaxing stay but it was just mediocre. First room I checked into, AC didn’t work. Transferred me to another room which is how I know their in room phones do not work. Thankfully both rooms were clean. The common area carpets are nasty though. The gentlemen at the front desk had no intro about the property. The 2nd day when I was there I walked down to the front desk to let them know my room was not serviced and that was when they informed me they don’t service rooms except for long stays or check out days. I told the front desk attendant that would have been nice to know upon check-in as well as any information about breakfast or the fitness center. The parking situation isn’t great, especially for families because the deck isn’t attached the property. Would NOT book here again."

"Great experience, front desk and staff are very friendly. Water pressure was low, I imagine from location and how many rooms in building but low water pressure in shower. I’m usually in bnb but wanted to try a new experience and rooms are pretty easy to hear through. Just be consciously considerate of others, either way just won’t be coming back to THIS hotel. For others fantastic place though! Again staff is nice and responsive and friendly. "

"The room was clean but had a musty odor. Breakfast was fine just not very much space. The coffee machine was awesome but I didn’t get coffee today because it was being cleaned and there was a line. "
