Very friendly and helpful staff! Our rooms were a great layout and were clean. Happy hour bartenders were nice, friendly, and efficient. Breakfast had a nice variety. We were there on a very busy weekend, but staff maintained cleanliness of the area and kept breakfast replenished. Only con we had was the pool and hot tub. Only one jet worked in the hot tub, water was Luke warm, and it needed a good scrubbing. We got grossed out by the water and quickly went and took a shower. Not a deal breaker in our stay though as everything else was great!

The air conditioner was so loud and air flow so forceful we had no option but to keep the fan on continuous and wear ear plugs to sleep. That was a first for an Embassy Suites.
