"Pros: Het is een fantastisch huis met een mooie tuin met daarin een mooi zwembad (8x4), ligbedden met stevige parasols, overkapping met keuken en extra koelkast en een fijne loungeset. Ook op het balkon aan de voorkant is het goed toeven. Het tweepersoonsbed ligt ook fijn. De badkamer is wat klein, maar voldoet wel. Wat ook fijn is, is een extra douche en toilet bij het zwembad. "It’s hard to accurately describe how wonderful Livia’s Villa is, so I’ll offer this comment from a friend who arrived first: “It’s like stepping into a dream.” 15 of us traveled from the US and a few points in Amsterdam to celebrate my husband’s birthday. No one wanted to leave.The property is gorgeous, Livia is an exceptional host, the town and many amenities are close by, and Nonna Maria’s dinner on the first night was wonderful. We’d absolutely come back and are already planning our trip! "

"This beautiful beach house is in a beautiful part of Sicily—close enough to Sciacca for groceries and services, but at the same time, with the feel of a remote corner of the island. Easy travel to Menfi, Agrigento, and Saliunte, this is the perfect location to explore southwestern Sicily. Everything in the house works well, and the place is immaculate."

"I'm a diamond Hilton guy with lots of time booked @ IHG and Marriott properties that travels extensively in my career globally. We stayed here with friends and family as a wrap up event behind a full week of travel throughout Sicily visiting all of the major cities & sites, then time in Contessa Entellina for an ancestral pilgrimage. The facilities, pools, beach, spa and staff were all exceptional. Special thanks to Guiseppe in the bar who took exceptional care of us, as well as the staff at the Bistro restaurant who offered exceptional food and service. KC"

"Fantastic hotel and service, staff are very friendly and professional. We had a great stay. We went at end of August 2025. Three minor comments on the property (1) the pool was very cold - too cold for our kids - would be good if there was temperature control (2) a regular shuttle into town would be good, we hired a car but if there was a regular shuttle on an evening it would be better; (3) the beach resort was a long way, I wouldn’t bother with this if I was managing the hotel - it was wasn’t worth the effort and again the shuttle times are extremely limited, would feel trapped down there without a car."
