"Very small / low doors into room and extremely tiny bathroom. Rooms were very clean and personnel very friendly. Not much to do in the area around the hotel (which we were aware of before booking) but good hotel for flights into or from Nagoya Komaki Airport. "

"I have stayed in many very good hotels but this was possibly the best Hotel that I have stayed in, although the outside of the building is rather bland compared to say the Mandarin Oriental, or the Old Cataract in Aswan, the inside is perfect along with wonderful staff and service, plus for a Japanese hotel the rooms are very big, highly recommended."

"Wow, we just finished an unbelievable stay at this wonderful brand new hotel. The building and accommodations were stunningly beautiful. Artistic grandeur at every turn. Wonderful views of Nagoya Castle and their own private Japanese garden. An extraordinary swimming pool, onsen, and sauna with full cedar logs. What was even more impressive was the generous and dedicated staff. They pampered us, treated us exceptionally at every opportunity. They all made us feel like special guests. ...

"5/5 hotel, would stay at again! Very conveniently located within minutes of Nagoya Station, also located near 7-11 konbini. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, lots of amenities provided plus luggage storage available before and after check in. Property, room, bedding/linens/towels, etc were all very clean as well. Room size is typical of Japan, but spacious enough for solo travelers. "
