"Yes, everything appeared clean. There were bugs in our room though and in the bathroom. We counted about five, they were what appeared to be waterbugs and the situation needs to be taken care of."

"Food was great. Ate at all the places and everything was delicious. All staff was friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to and from airport. We took uber to Beale street during weekdays but on Saturday as we were leaving, one of their cars pulled up and said shuttle to Beale street. So maybe they only do that on weekends. You can trade a day of room service for a free drink. Would stay again if ever in Memphis again. "

"Great hotel to visit in Memphis. Everything was very clean, and everyone was extremely friendly. The surrounding area also felt much safer, especially with the National Guard patrolling the streets at night."

"Such a great experience at this hotel. We arrived after check in time. Unfortunately, our room wasn't ready. But the customer service was so special that we did not mind the wait. The young lady at the counter also gave us a credit to use at the hotel, due to our slight inconvenience. The location is perfect and the rooms are so nice, modern and clean! The hotel was perfect!
