Some outlets did not work, also paid for a 1 king, 2 queen, and a sofa bed. Instead we got 2 double queen rooms. You could tell they are remodeling still as the elevator was also down due to service.

Bed was comfortably, staff was.great. nice lobby, No heated pool as it stated on website. Cannot use cash at the bar. The carpet in my room 916 was dirty and smelled like animals. I have asthma and I had to take my allergies pills and inhaler. Only one elevator for 12 floors. Food at dinner was terrible, no microwave, phone, coffee pot or microwave in your room. I didn’t like groups of young people that seem to gather at this hotel. This hotel should have two sides , one for kids and people with children and 30 yesrs and older on one side.

Not what it looks like in the pictures, it’s a place that feels old and not well taken care of, even with the work they’ve been putting on the structure. The location is too far from the center of the city, but that’s my bad for not realizing that beforehand

Good hotel for the price. I didn’t get to use the pool but I did eat at the hotel bar and the pizza was good. The only drawback is that everything regarding check in is done by smart phone so if your not a Technology person that could be a problem.

Love the lobby. My first room was not clean, but changing to another room was met with the utmost courtesy, efficiency and professionalism. I love the lobby staff. From the minute I booked my hotel stay, during my stay and after my checkout, communication has been Excellent. The bed and linens are very comfortable. I had a great nights sleep. Not in the best part of town, but the hotel has security and is gated. I felt completely safe. I highly recommend Vitality

I am sorry to say that this “swanky hotel experience” at the Vitality Hotel in Memphis” turned out to be a small measure above a “skanky hotel experience” the oh so touted electronic check in and keys allowed the hotel to have minimal contact with the guests. “ The Vitality Hotel’s model on all of their check in & out corespondents seemed to be: “We’re here if you need anything” call or text! Again all done through text messages! ****Below is a list of what we would call issues for Management to address in hopes of keeping their star rating! ** “1 elevator out of 3 we’re working going into & throughout the weekend!” A very busy weekend! We saw most of the guests waiting 10-20 minutes for an elevator! There were many sporting events in Memphis this weekend including a very large named Basketball Tournament! **Bedding for all guests should be in the room and available upon checkin! We called twice for bedding for a pullout! We finally went to the lobby (after waiting for the elevator for 10 minutes) asked for bedding & promptly got it! I asked that they notify housekeeping that we were all set Waited 10 more minutes for the elevator! Housekeeping appeared at our door 90 minutes or so later with the bedding I had asked for 4 hours previously! **Coffee was made available once breakfast was ready at 6:30! Not a minute before! However, we could feel free to drink the leftover coffee from what I believe to be the prior mornings coffee in the lobby! I ran out of room to write more!

My family and I drove 9 hours and had reservations to stay at this hotel for one night before continuing our drive. We just needed to get a good night’s rest. But unfortunately we had to leave and check in somewhere else. Here is why: 1. The online pictures seemed amazing but in person, it fell short. Way short. It’s like when you meet someone in person that you have only met online but they overdo it with filters. That’s how it felt. 2. The hotel was hot and stuffy from the moment we walked in and the ac would not turn on during the 30 minutes we were in our room. Our room was very stuffy; I knew we would not be able to sleep here. 3. Sidenote, there’s not a front desk. When my party and I arrived, I hadn’t received a text message with check in instructions but my brother had. I found an employee and asked him. He helped me at a little table but it was weird. He had to send me links and I would have to fill information out and go back to him. That was not enjoyable after such a long car ride. Plus, the chairs and the tables in the lobby are incredibly low and not ideal for adults. 4. We were trying to make the best of it and just allow the kids to swim because they were so excited that this hotel had an indoor and outdoor pool. The excitement was very short-lived. The inside pool had an overwhelming smell of chemicals - everyone’s eyes were burning! The outside pool was too crowded - I am guessing because of how overbearing the chemicals were in the inside pool.

It was a bit of a shock as there was only one lobby attendant, and no front desk, but the cell check-in was very convenient and I love the fact that everything was touchless. Great location that is convenient to the downtown festivities. Definitely check out this hotel as the lobby is gorgeous and the rooms are not only affordable, but definitely clean

The only thing I didn't like about this hotel is one elevator working took forever to go up to your room. There's three or four elevators but only one would work.
