"1 Asked for accessible room, the room was not. 2 went to the room and there was two carts full of laundry, they finally come and got them 3 Bath room was not clean 4 Only one bag of coffee 5 took a shower and water was all over the bathroom floor and very slippery 6 ask the desk the next morning ..."
