「First thing we found a water leak under the bathroom sink and the was all wet. The maintenance man was promptly there and took care of it. The room was nice and roomy with little extras, like real half and half for the coffee. There were some cleanliness issues however, handprints on the window, something gross on the decorative bed pillows and the bathroom floor was sticky.」

「We had trouble accessing the room due to a key issue, and the staff assisted us kindly and patiently.」
