"First room was not clean at all. Bedding was torn floors hadn’t been vacuumed/mopped in awhile very dusty .. odd calendar hanging on the wall.. second room was a bit better floors still looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while.. not sure what the smell was but it was not a pleasant one."

"When we first checked in they put us in 117 which had a puddle of water in the floor by the front door and bathroom. After checking with staff we found out there was a leak coming from the roof and wall in the bathroom they later told us there was an issue with something on the top level. I wasn't really happy with this because they allowed us to check into that room and had to move us to another room across the hall and had to wait around 10 minutes."
