Although it was a struggle to find our room, due to the way the hotel has utilised its space, our room and overall stay was fantastic. Clean, great sized room, windows that open, which kept us cool and a small seating area to relax in all made it a lovely stay. It's great for Kensington, Notting hill, Hyde park and the bus and tubes. Local shops and eating places are just around the corner, and a multiplex its ideal. Its also of the main road and quiet. I can't wait to book again, despite the weaving stairs and corridors which were great fun. Overall loved our stay.

"The room was ok the bed was comfortable but not sure the linen was clean,and the bath has dirt in it. A hoover was left on the stairs so was a hazard and I moved it myself. The staff were very helpful but the money I paid was not the experience I was expecting. Hotel needs a full renovation"
