9/10 Wonderful! (55 reviews)
Really nice apartment, easy to find in the city Center and quite close to a lot of things.
The only negative I would have to say is there is no elevator, being in a Buissness trip I had to cart my suitcases up and down the stairs several times. So would advise packing light.

This hotel is very comfortable, and in a great location for the Quay area, its about 5 minutes walk to the restaurants and bars. The Cathedral is about 2 minutes in the opposite direction.
The hotel is an older building with interesting history, but its very well appointed, clean and the staff are friendly and approachable. A query that I had was soon resolved.
There is secure parking under the hotel, which is a great advantage in the centre of a city. It also has a Miller and Carter restaurant.

"We asked for a quiet room as I have cancer but ended up next to someone who was screaming, shouting, swearing and throwing stuff in there room. They played music and singing very loud. We couldn't sleep and when we checked out the receptionist wasn't really helpful . When I phoned later in the wk they ..."
