Boasting a private balcony of 9 to 12 m2, The Greatest Balcony is our biggest studio, perfect for those who like to have a little extra outdoor space, to get some fresh air or simply relax.

Residents have exclusive access to indoor and outdoor facilities, including a state-of-the-art fitness centre, convenient co-working space and heated swimming pool. We understand the importance of social interaction and personal growth. Our community consists of like-minded individuals, coming together to learn new skills, expand their network or simply make new friends. Our monthly events truly cater for everyone.

The ad is misleading it says Hot tub but it doesnt have a Jacuzzi - you dont get anything as toiletries unless you ask for them and there isnt much - no robes in the rooms, its like a serviced apartment but has a 24 h reception- pool was just outdoor and its cold we thought it was indoor - and everything around the property food wise is asian food if you want a nice breakfast you don’t have many options. The rooms were warm and the bath tub in the room was nice but wasnt super clean
