    • The neighbourhood is family-friendly. Neighbours may have children and a dog, so you may sometimes hear them in the yard. Please be mindful of noise, especially before 8:00 AM and after 11:00 PM.
    • Street parking in front of the property is free, but please follow local parking signs to avoid fines.
    • The home is generally more suitable for adults or families with older children. Baby cots, high chairs and other child-safety equipment are not standard, but please let me know in advance if you need anything and I will do my best to assist.
    • When going out or checking out, please switch off lights, heating/air conditioning and appliances for safety and energy saving.
