Room was ok all in all, however, unlike seen on the pictures, it was on one of the lower floors with no view, overshadowed by all the tall buildings around.
In the bathroom there was a doorstop with very sharp edges in the middle of the room - sliced off a piecd of toe on the very first day.
The dishes all needed a good clean too.
Great location though if you want to be in the CBD

Great location. Perfect little appartment for a week exploring the city.
Furniture was broken (coffee table) beds were very very firm. Overall clean and convenient stay. Staff are lovely but in a different building so no parking or reception available on site. Would recommend if not worried about parking.
Central and easy to access everything the city has to offer.
Would suggest freshen up the furniture and beds and you'd be very happy

A central apartment in ChinaTown. It was fine for our stay, but probably wouldn’t stay again. It felt too small, the second bedroom had no window and the kitchen/dining/living space was too small to really cook or relax in. Liked having laundry facilities and checking in and out was easy.

The one-bedroom property was clean and tidy with everything we needed. The apartment complex is a large property (69 floors) and 2 of the 5 lifts were out of order, so getting in and out quickly was an issue. On one occasion we waited over 5 minutes for the lift. The way to collect the key was through KeyNinja who require photographs of your ID which is very unsafe in terms of cyber security. The property location was pretty good, close to the Elizabeth Street markets however I would not stay in this accommodation again. The night traffic and noise was also quite loud with sirens at all hours of the night and early morning.

This room is not part of the hotel you have to wait in the lobby for someone to drop your keys off and they will pick them up at the end of your stay. English was not his first language but we did take the time to sort out the questions I had for him. He took a photo of my drivers licence which I didn’t like. They had my details already but again because of communication issues it was hard to explain he didn’t need it. It’s a nice place to stay the room was good. but full of students which makes it a busy area.

I received at least six calls from the property requesting confirmation of my arrival time, which was challenging to provide due to my meeting schedule.
Even though I arrived at the time I had communicated, I was asked to collect the keys from a different location—something I declined since I’d been assured someone would meet me on-site. I then had to wait 20 minutes for someone to arrive with the keys, which was further complicated by the lack of parking.
The main bedroom carpet had significant stains, which were quite concerning, and the kitchen lighting fixture was hanging down. After checking out, I received a message containing only a photo of the stained carpet and no text. I quickly called to clarify that the stain was pre-existing and made it clear that any attempt to charge me for it would not be acceptable. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.
