"I booked the wrong night so that was my mistake but when i arrived the staff were very rude and unhelpful and did not get me a room. Didn’t get my incorrect booking refunded either. Disgusting for a so called 5 star hotel. Will never stay at the Langham again"
"Perfect location for Spencer Street shopping at DFO. Close to public transport. We have stayed many times as a couple, it has been fine, basic but suits our needs. Our 11 year old came this time, family rooms in dingy part of hotel, and felt dark and our view was grey walls with poop all over them from the pigeons they started cooing at 6am. We tried to change rooms and they said all family rooms had no view."

Kay checked us in early when we were tired and wet!! She was so extremely helpful in every way!
