Needed a lot of maintenance and a good clean. Linen and towels in poor condition and everything just shoved in cupboards.

Location of the apartment is great. Very convenient. Communication was not great. Did not get check-in details on time. Apartment is neat, but the bed and sofa are not very comfortable. Fridge had a lot of left over condiments from past guests which I was not a fan of - including meats in the freezer with no expiry dates! Bathroom was very clean which was a relief.

Location and property great but pool was under construction

Dylan was a good host, making checking in and out very easy. The only issue was that the pool was under construction and not useable at all which we were unaware of from messages and the online listing. Great location - close to food, shopping and trams that were free into the CBD. The property was clean and good for a group of 3 young adults who mainly just slept at the place - and were out exploring most of the time.

Great little unit

Really enjoyed our stay. Dylan was a wonderful host. Personal items left in unit which was a bit of a shock at the start but, having met Dylan, ultimately made it homely. We'll return!!
