英語が苦手でなければ快適です。宿泊前に免許証のコピーやその他書類をやり取りしたり、到着前後にスタッフに電話して迎えに来てもらったり。ホテルでは無くウィクーリーマンションですので、スタッフとの英語のコミュニケーションが必要な局面が何度かあります。

Wonderful stay and lovely location at the top end of the CBD. The views were sensational and the staff were excellent. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a long stay. Would recommend this hotel.

Excellent location on top of the Sheraton building. Nice clean apartment with lovely views of the cbd and park lands. Staff are friendly and very helpful. I would recommend.

Disappointed due to poor maintenance & detail
Check-in process was difficult. Was advised prior to check-in that I'd receive information on the day if arrival and I didn't. Had to call the reception to find out how to check in. The room could have been very nice but was let down by poor maintenance and poor attention to detail. Eg dining chair was wonky, carpets were severely stained, balcony paint was flakey, not enough towels, obvious marks/damage on walls, leaking shower, non-working sink plug. Good location but that is probably all that's going for it.

Hello, Thanks for your feedback. Could you please call our reception to let us know in which room you stayed so we can check the maintenance issues as nothing has been reported to us so far. Regarding the check-in, we send the email with the code to pick up your keys at 2pm, when the room is ready and the key loaded. Happy to read that you had assistance from reception team anyway and good to hear you enjoyed the location.

The shower was very poor. Could not get the shower head to stay in correct position and the shower leaked which flooded the floor. Pillows on bed are poor quality and could not sleep.

Excellent Service from friendly staff. The apartment was on top of the Sheraton building in the Paris end of collins st. Perfectly located. The apartment was super clean and well equipped. i would definitely recommend.

Very disappointing place and terribly maintained. It was incredibly dirty when we arrived; the bathroom sink was blocked with so much hair it was disgusting. Mid term cleaning didn't happen (even though I had scheduled and even had email to confirm). Aircon only available in the living room, making the summer nights almost unbearable. Their website mentions cable TV in the unit, which is a lie. Only one key/fob is made available, which is horrible for someone travelling with family and working.

Hi Caio We didn't receive any complaint from you regarding cleaning issue otherwise we would send back the housekeepers straight way like we did when you notified us about the sink blocked. We sent our handyman who fixed it. We proposed you a date for the mid term cleaning that you have refused (we have emails in records). Regarding the aircon, this is how the 1 bedroom apartments are in this building. Our maintenance person also checks the TV with you and it was working properly. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you want to discuss further

Apartment experience, great views of the city and New Year fireworks, especially in easterly and westerly positioned apartments, location for cricket at the MCG and proximity to central city are all excellent features. Pedantic but, frypan was unusable, TV sound was poor echoing off the wall behind, and the remote was barely functional. Items which in apartment preparation are easily overlooked.

I loved that there was a tiny little balcony that you could go out onto. Most of the place was in good condition however. When it came to the kitchen, there weren’t enough pots and pans to make a proper meal for yourself, there was no toaster which was strange! There were stains covering the carpet. Other then that we were happy to stay there.

Excellent location in the paris end of Melbourne. Living area was spacious and the balcony a bonus. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen amenities clean and sufficient for a short stay. I would definitely stay here again.

A lot of maintenance needed. Two of the lights in the kitchen didn't work, the Wifi wasn't working (I had to call and they said this was being looked into - but it was never fixed in my week there and they should have communicated that the wifi wasn't working), the shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor and the front door lock had an issue where I had to spend a couple of minutes each day trying to get it to lock.

Modern, clean and spacious apartment right in the centre. Close to shops, restaurants and free tram transport around the CBD. It was a quiet apartment with awesome views. I will be back next time I am in Melbourne.

They didn’t respond to requests and then offer to fix tv when we were there. We turned up and they didn’t .

Hello Please note that the entire building get an issue with the channels connection which has been fixed within 24 hours. We are sorry about the inconvenience caused however, this issue was unfortunately out of our control and building management fixed it in a very short time.

Nice, relatively cheap place to stay with an easy walk to shopping areas, theatres and hospitals. There was also trams and a station nearby, with cafes close by for breakfast. Missing a few random things like a shower shelf and DVD player, but overall pretty decent. Shower pressure was amazing. Will be staying there again in the coming weeks.

Hello Can you please let us know in which apartment you stayed as we do not have any records of this? All our apartments are fully equipped including kettle and of course, all beds have full linen, doonas and pillows. We also put additional ones in bedrooms wardrobes.

Great location but in need of an upgrade.
This property is in a great location, but it did have some problems. There was only a 9 to 4pm access to speak to someone about anything. There was only one key provided. Apparently the second one was missing. The front door didn't snib locked as their documentation said. There were often people hanging around outside the main entrance in the laneway, who got in when others opened the doors. This felt uncomfortable. Generally, the apartment wasn't very clean. It was in need of a makeover. The stovetop was filthy. The website doesn't fully detail what is provided and with limited access to talk to someone, it was hard to find out. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor every time it was used. There was scratched and stripped off paint on several walls. One of the bedroom windows wouldn't close so freezing air filled the apartment and we couldn't get the heating to work. We ended up stuffing a pillow into it. As this happened at night, there was no one to call. The lounge area is nothing like what it looks like on the website, it is cramped and awkward with no carpet or coffee table and one tiny couch and chair literally facing the kitchen bench and tv less than a metre away. This is fine for one person but not for more. There were plenty of cupboards and the kitchen was good with a full size fridge and freezer. The best was the views, which were amazing, and the location, which made every activity easy with trams and trains literally around the corner.

Please note our reception is open from 9am to 6pm and after office hours, the reception phone number is redirected to an after-hours manager so we are reachable 24h/7. I'm sorry to hear the layout was not as you expected but all our apartments are fully furnished with everything you would need during your stay.
