Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms. 6. No "schoolies, bucks or hens' bookings. Please adhere to this policy. 7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28. 8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property. 9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property, with a strict maximum of 15 guests unless prior approval is obtained.
