"Dao a été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans son resort. Le calme, la vue, le restaurant, tout était parfait.
Merci 🙏 à Dao pour sa gentillesse. "

"We rented two rooms. We could see into one through holes in the walls (separations between boards that make up the walls) from the hallway. The bathroom was full of spiderwebs. The shower had so much mineral deposits built up in the shower head that we had to remove it from the hose to get enough water to wash. The staff was extremely nice and friendly, but rarely present. The floorboards were so weak and noisy. There was one board in one of our rooms that we carefully avoided stepping on out of...

"Never get to stay. Book hotel for Luang Prabang. Was charged and paid for. However, later learned the hotel did not exist and still in construction . The website was misleading. Expedia/Hotels.con should have vetted Coconut Hotel Luang Prabang. Causing lots of inconvenience. Ended up staying at My Ban Lao in Luang Prabang instead. A bluer nice and upper class hotel. We loved the hotel. Found there is a Coconut Hotel in Vientiane. Staff was nice and is helping out getting refund. ...

"I wasn’t able to stay at the location booked as it was not available upon my arrival although I was able to book via Expedia. The property support was able to reassign me to rooms at their other location, Kiridara Luang Prabang, but I have not been able to get confirmation of the pricing for the reassigned rooms and appropriate refund as I believe the new room charges are less than what I paid for the villa room. "This is an older, unkempt property. The room numbers were written on yellow Post-It Notes above each door. I was in two different rooms due to a mix-up. Neither one had soap. The woman running the place asked me how much I'd paid for my room when I came out for breakfast on my first morning, even though it had come with my room. It took nearly ten minutes to explain to her that breakfast was included regardless of how much I'd paid. "

"Please dont book this hotel. The hotel doesn't exist. I booked it and paid, showed up, and upon non-existence, made a complaint to hotels.com, who did not want to do anything about it... horrible customer service. Please please steer clear"

"Beautiful charming property with a courteous and friendly staff.....great value for money.....special mention goes to Mr.Anusouk,Mr See and Mr.
Khamsaen who made our stay very comfortable.Thank you "
"We loved this hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff from driver to reception and everybody we met along the way is greeting us. It has a spacious bathroom, with separate bath tub and shower room and comfortable bed and a balcony fronting the pool. The bath tub has remote control for the glass wall. Free transfers from and to airport and free transfers during the day with vintage car and golf cart at night to night market and Mekong river, very convinient. Efficient front desk when we checked in. He informed us everything we need to know and the bell boy who showed us the amenities and everything inside the room. Highly recommended and we’re staying here again when we get back.

"I had a river side room, 3 nights!
Room size small but Ok for 1 person. Clean, toilet clean and hygienic. Breakfast good with Veg/Vegan options.

"Property was BEAUTIFUL, staff was attentive and friendly and bilingual. They also helped us coordinate transportation! The breakfast buffet was definitely worth it! One suggestion is more lighting in the bathroom but everything else was 10/10 I would definitely come back! "
"Good stay at Belle Rive. Staff was always courteous, rooms were clean. Management always helpful. Excellent breakfast on the terrace. No issues at all. "
